Beer Brewing

Until recently it was impossible to ask a local beer in the city of Alicante. Today we already have various references as the Sacristan of Sant Vicent del Raspeig, the Spigha, which is manufactured in Alcoi, the Xabiga of Xàbia, or different varieties of Santa Faz, Santa Cruz and Santa Barbara to beers from a couple of months ago sold Antonio Miralles.

This commitment to craftsmanship is also linked to the local nature of its product. From there to almost all craft beers to claim on their labels values of the area where they make. International Beer

From 17 to 19 May the city of Morelia will host the 3rd International Beer Festival, in which more than 500 different labels of this drink, both national and international will be present.

Portal “morelianas.com” points out, the festival aims to give meeting attendees a variety of craft beer, as well as support to the producers of the same.

And it seems that the objective has been achieved, since in its first edition, of the Morelia International Beer Festival brought together more than 22 thousand visitors and 18 exhibitors; but this year will be 500 brands that participate.

In addition, attendees not only can enjoy the wide variety of beers, also will have the opportunity to delve into the world of craft beers through conferences, tastings and pairings that will be taught by people in the beer industry.

There will also be a basic workshop for the brewing, in which the participants will learn to make this beverage in their same household, as they did some of the current local producers.

Conferences include “The history of beer”, “The importance of the glass or Cup to taste the beer” and “80 styles internationally recognized beer” to name a few.

Notably, the company ultra-violent Total disaster (DTU) will be one of the guests of honor, so there will be quality wrestling and other musical performances.

The third edition of the International Beer Festival, will be held in the city of Morelia, in the Orchid Garden, located in Av. Ventura Puente esquina con Av. Camelinas s/n, Col. Félix Ireta; from 17 to 19 May.

The second meeting of Craft beer Producers joined ten Portuguese and Spanish brands in source of Village, municipality of Miranda do Douro.

Bread And Beer: Programs Recorded In Brazilian Beer Festival 2013

Journalist Fabiana Arreguy interview the Brewers André Junqueira (abode), Rodrigo Chervinski (Providence) and the ice-cream maker Stival, Gelataio Ibrahim, who made huge success at the party with ice cream of craft beers.

The chat is with Samuel Chandra, the inspired Bodebrown Brewer, elected the brewery of the year at the Festival.

The beers in tributes to rock bands are increasingly in profusion. Who talks about them is Sady Homrich, beer columnist of newspaper Folha de s. Paulo and drummer Nenhnum. An Application For IPhone For Beer Lovers

There are beer lovers here? If the answer is positive, then know that there is an application designed thinking of you. It’s called Beer Hunt and, at least for now, appears to be exclusive to IOS devices like iPhone, iPod and iPad. The new beer is the result of a partnership between the artisanal brewery of Votorantim, São Paulo State, and one of the most important bands of Brazilian rock, Raimundos.

With a yellow colour and persistent foam and crystalline, the Helles features aromas of bread, caramel, floral hops and malt. Its balanced flavor features striking notes of malt and hops, which acts to balance the taste.

Refreshing, easy drinking and with an alcohol content of 5.0%, this low-beer fermentation takes three different types of malts.

The Raimundos pale Lager is a beer of personality and harmonizes with light dishes, greasy and not hardened and will be available in 600 ml bottle version from March and will be distributed by Bushido.
