Continuing course of appointments “alogastronomia” organized by the Association of the Town of Apecchio Beer in order to train professionals in the combination of craft beer and food.
On the occasion of the second lecture that was held at the hotel Institute of Piobbico was the time of the marriage between the blonde apecchiese and desserts. To guide the students were teachers and Fausto Mascarucci Giovanni Frattini who, along with students of the Institute have proposed different recipes. The desserts were four revisited: peach mousse with jelly and ginger beer, iced beer-soaked ricotta and sour cherries, chocolate cake with a good beer and ice cream panna cotta with Lager and pears. At the end of the lesson i have tasted cakes prepared and paired with craft beers, Hill and Amarcord. The next appointment at the Institute will cover the preparation of first and second. At the end of the course all recipes in a cookbook will be collected and published on the website of the Association.
