Nilo Stolte is a Villeneuvois like no other. True globe-Trotter, it combines the nationalities. French, Canadian and born in the Brazil, this former computer scientist decided to ask his suitcases to Villeneuve-Tolosane to launch its small craft brewery with his wife.

Who would have thought that Nilo is found to sell beer on the site of the Fort on Sunday morning?

After his PhD at the University of Paul Sabatier of Toulouse, he takes a first plane for New York. His career will bring it to the Canada, then in different countries of Europe and even in the Korea of the South for a job at Samsung.

It is Singapore that Nilo discovers the craft beer, four years ago.

Then Professor of computer science, it falls under the spell of “brewpubs”, microbreweries offering locally produced beers. Back in France, he then launches production house and sells including Sunday morning at the market.

His credo: “good for health and 100% natural beer.” Nothing to do with industrial beers according to him because he claims loudly “is quality! “It is the bio beer.” The Sunday market therefore now has its local Brewer and business start strong: “Ca share as rolls!”, welcomes Nilo.
